amazing stay near the haram!
convenient location easy shopping wide variety
i had a wonderful stay the hotel is very close to masjid al haram i enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location the hotel connected to a mall, making shopping easy and accessible the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and i found it perfect to start my day.
the elevator service was a bit slow at times particularly during prayer times which caused some delays

the hotel location was near haram it was easy to access the service was good too nadeem was a great floor staff supervisor he helped a lot i thank him heaps

long wait limited variety
The lifts were definitely a problem. i often waited a long time, it was very crowded (sometimes over 20 minutes). the food variety was also a bit limited. I feel they could improve that. it impacted my experience somewhat.

clean room great location
my room was very clean i think the room service was very good too. the location is great near king fahat gate just 40 seconds. the housekeeping staff baset did clean the room everyday also. i think they are very nice mashallah.
the hotel did not offer a dental kit, a shaving kit, or disposable room shoes in the room.
